1. The Securities & Futures Institute is designated as the institution to administer the Personnel Training and Industry Development Fund, pursuant to Article 24, paragraph 1 of the Regulations Governing Offshore Funds and 15 October 2015 FSC Order No. Financial-Supervisory-Securities-SITC-1040039765.

2. This Order shall take effect from 15 October 2016.
