1. The offshore exchange trade funds（offshore ETFs） specified under the Regulations Governing Offshore Funds are approved for inclusion within the scope of securities in which offshore overseas Chinese and foreign nationals may invest, in accordance with Article 4, paragraph 1, subparagraph 6 of the Regulations Governing Investment in Securities by Overseas Chinese and Foreign Nationals.
2. The present Order is effective from this day forward.
