Pursuant to Article 11, Paragraph 2 of the Regulations Governing Implementation of Internal Control and Auditing Systems of Insurance Enterprises, the chief auditor is not allowed to take a job that will cause conflicts or limitations to the audit work. Such positions include the head of any department or unit of the insurance enterprise subject to audit, as well as the director or supervisor of the insurance enterprise. |
