Order of the Financial Supervisory Commission

1. The FSC-designated institution and information transmission system referred to in Articles 10 and 13 of the Regulations Governing Offshore Structured Products are hereby designated as the Offshore Structured Notes Observation System (website URL https://structurednotes.tdcc.com.tw) operated by the Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation.
2. Pursuant to Article 10, paragraph 1 of the Regulations Governing Offshore Structured Products, the format and content of the report required to be produced on each business day are as set out in Form 1.
3. Pursuant to Article 10, paragraph 2 of the Regulations Governing Offshore Structured Products, the format and content of the monthly report to be produced within 10 days after the end of each month are as set out in Form 2-1 through Form 2-3.
4. The issuer or master agent of an offshore structured product shall prominently disclose the website URL specified in Point 1 in the investor brochure.
5. This Order is effective from this day forward. The 25 December 2020 Financial Supervisory Commission Order No. Financial-Supervisory-Securities-Firms-1090375488 is repealed from this day forward.
