Order of the Financial Supervisory Commission

1. The names and formats of the forms and tables of financial reports of futures commission merchants (FCMs) are adopted pursuant to Article 40 of the Regulations Governing the Preparation of Financial Reports by Futures Commission Merchants.
2. The financial reports of FCMs shall disclose information in accordance with the formats set out hereunder, and shall be prepared in accordance with the Regulations Governing the Preparation of Financial Reports by Futures Commission Merchants.
3. This Order is effective from this day forward, except that Forms 1-1 through 2 and Form 4 shall take effect from Fiscal 2028. The 26 December 2025 Order No. Financial-Supervisory-Securities-Firms-11403856098 of the Financial Supervisory Commission is repealed from this day forward, except that Forms 1-1 through 2, Form 4, and Forms 11-4 through 11-6 shall be repealed from Fiscal 2028.
