Subject: The Commission’s announcement No. Jin-Guan-Bao-Zong-Zi-11204923751 dated August 29, 2023 regarding the items to which the application of the Electronic Signatures Act is excluded ceases to take effect immediately.
Basis: Paragraph 3 of Article 4, Paragraph 3 of Article 6, and Paragraph 2 of Article 9 of the Electronic Signatures Act.
Announcement: It is determined following evaluation that the aforementioned announcement that excludes the application of the Electronic Signatures Act is no longer necessary and hereby ceases to take effect immediately.
