Subject: Public Announcement that the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) commissions the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation (TWSE) to handle cases involving declaration filings and public disclosures made, pursuant to the Regulations Governing the Declaration
of Acquisition of Shares in Accordance with Article 43-1, Paragraph 1 of the Securities and Exchange Act, by acquirers of shares of TWSE listed companies or of public companies that are neither TWSE listed nor traded on the Taipei Exchange (TPEx), for implementation
from 10 May 2024.
Basis:
1. Article 10 of the Regulations Governing the Declaration of Acquisition of Shares in Accordance with Article 43-1, Paragraph 1 of the Securities and Exchange Act.
2. Article 16 of the Administrative Procedure Act.
Public Announcement:
1. Entities from which declaration filings will be accepted: Acquirers as defined in the Regulations Governing the Declaration of Acquisition of Shares in Accordance with Article 43-1, Paragraph 1 of the Securities and Exchange Act.
2. Matters that the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation is commissioned to handle: handling of cases involving declaration filings and public disclosures made, pursuant to the Regulations Governing the Declaration of Acquisition of Shares in Accordance with Article
43-1, Paragraph 1 of the Securities and Exchange Act, by acquirers of shares of TWSE listed companies or of public companies that are neither TWSE listed nor traded on the Taipei Exchange (TPEx).
3. The Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation is authorized to formulate relevant rules and filing forms for the declaration filing and public announcement matters that it is commissioned to handle hereunder. Acquirers shall comply with the relevant provisions of

4. In the event of any amendment to or termination of the matters commissioned hereunder, another public announcement will be made.
