Order of the Financial Supervisory Commission Issue date: 27 November 2013 Issue no.: Financial-Supervisory-Securities-Corporate-1020047887 1. A registered juristic person from the Mainland Area that offers and issues a Renminbi (RMB) denominated straight corporate bond within the Republic of China for sale only to qualified institutional investors pursuant to the 27 August 2013 Order No. Financial-Supervisory-Securities-Corporate-10200293696 of the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) shall first obtain from the GreTai Securities Market (GTSM) an approval letter for GTSM trading of the given corporate bond, and shall file for recordation in advance with the Foreign Exchange Department of the Central Bank, submitting the approval letter together with the predetermined issuance rules, the issuer's basic information, and the intended use of the funds, with a copy to the FSC's Securities and Futures Bureau and the GTSM. 2. The aforesaid issuer, within 1 month from the date it obtains the approval letter for GTSM trading of the RMB-denominated straight corporate bond, shall apply to the GTSM to register the bond for GTSM trading, and handle remaining matters in accordance with the 27 August 2013 Order No. Financial-Supervisory-Securities-Corporate-10200293696. 3. This Order shall take effect from this day forward.
